All orders from our US website are sent from our US warehouse for a flat rate of $9.95.

Your order will be sent out using USPS or UPS at our discretion depending on the size and location. Tracking will be sent automatically when your order has been shipped so be sure to check your junk mail if you haven’t received this within 5 days of placing your order. 

We aim to process and despatch orders the following day after purchase however please keep in mind this is not always possible.

Love Mae will gladly replace any faulty product (either from manufacturing or transit) within 3 months from the date of purchase through our online store (proof of purchase may be required).

In addition to this we gladly refund faulty items. I'm sorry but we will not refund or exchange if you change your mind.

For products purchased through one of our stockists please contact them to direct to discuss (same warranty applies)

Items damaged or broken through general or extreme use, not used as intended or if the product is outside the warranty time-frame can be replaced, at the purchasers expense + shipping costs.

All product and shipping prices quoted on the website are in US Dollars (USD). All transactions are settled in USD. Some credit providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit provider for more information.
